At Tata Harper Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our high-performance, natural products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our Vermont farm.
